This space, designed exclusively for the team’s training and preparation, marks a significant milestone for both our culinary school and the UK’s representation in one of the world’s most prestigious culinary competitions.
The Road to Sirha Lyon 2025
The Bocuse d’Or is often referred to as the “Olympics of the culinary world,” and for good reason. Competing on this global stage requires precision, creativity, and relentless dedication. After an impressive performance at the Bocuse d’Or European Selection 2024, where Team UK secured 4th place and the Best Plate award, the team is now focused on the grand finale: Sirha Lyon 2025, taking place on Sunday, January 26th.
