We had the pleasure of welcoming François Daubinet to TheTasteLab for a 3-day training course on “Pastry Creations” with the outstanding chocolates from Valrhona. Well done to the students, the buffet was amazing!

We had the pleasure to welcome Cyrille Van Der Stuyft at TheTasteLab for a 2-day training course on “Viennoiserie”, using the premium butter 1909 from Isigny Ste Mere. Well done to the students, the buffet was amazing!
