Born in Chartres, France, Cyrille Van der Stuyft’s journey in baking began early, with an apprenticeship at his family’s bakery.

At just 19, he earned the prestigious title of one of the “Best Young Bakers of France,” a remarkable achievement that set the foundation for an impressive career.

Cyrille went on to complete his professional and master’s certifications at the renowned National Bakery and Pastry Institute (INBP).

His dedication and skill culminated in 2015 when he was awarded the highly coveted "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" title

With a passion for teaching, Cyrille began sharing his expertise, first as a bakery instructor at CFA in Chartres, then as a demonstrator for Minoteries Guiard.

His dedication and skill culminated in 2015 when he was awarded the highly coveted “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” title, becoming one of the youngest bakers to receive this honor at just 27.

Now an international consultant and trainer, Cyrille Van der Stuyft travels the world, inspiring bakers with his innovative techniques and artistry.

In 2022, he published his first book, Viennoiseries: Step-by-Step Lessons, offering insights into the craft of French pastry and viennoiserie.
